Celebrating 100 Games for Our U9 Hurricanes! 🎉

Our U9 Hurricanes have hit an incredible milestone, having now played 100 games since their first kick-off on 22nd July 2022! Over the past 15 months, the team has shown immense growth, skill, and passion for the game, competing in 13 tournaments and creating countless unforgettable moments along the way.

During these 100 games, the Hurricanes have netted an astonishing 669 goals while conceding 276. One standout memory includes their biggest win to date—a thrilling 15-3 victory during the U8 season, demonstrating just how dominant this squad can be!

The boys have been breaking records too, with George and Reggie BOTH scoring a phenomenal 73 goals in a single U8 season, and George setting up his teammates for success with 34 assists during the U8 season. These stats showcase not just individual brilliance, but also the incredible teamwork that defines this group.

Incredibly, there are five players—Reggie, Oscar W, Danny, Oscar B, and Ted—who have been part of the Hurricanes since day one. Their commitment and loyalty have been key in building the foundation for the team’s success and growth over the past 100 games.

The Hurricanes’ journey has been a testament to hard work, dedication, and a shared love for the game. Each player, coach, and supporter has played a part in reaching this 100-game milestone, and we look forward to what’s in store for the team as they continue to develop and impress.
