Aylsham FC is always looking to welcome new coaches to the club — whether you’ve been coaching for years or you’re completely new and just want to get involved.

We’re a volunteer-run community club with teams across boys, girls and adult football, and great facilities at Youngs Park. As the club continues to grow, we want to keep providing the best possible experience for our players — and that starts with having the right people around them.

No experience? No problem.

You don’t need badges or a coaching background to get started. If you’re enthusiastic, reliable and keen to help young players enjoy the game, we’d love to hear from you.

What support will you get?

We’ll help you get set up properly and supported from day one, including:

• Guidance on your first sessions and how to get started

• Opportunities to complete FA coaching courses

• Support with safeguarding and club requirements (DBS, welfare guidance, etc.)

• The chance to work alongside experienced Aylsham FC coaches to build confidence

• Ongoing support from the club’s youth leadership team and committee
