We are pleased to announce the player registration fees for the 2024/25 season, have been set at £185 per player. We have spent considerable time reviewing the fees of football clubs across the county, comparing their set up and structures, to ensure that our pricing is fair and competitive. Additionally, we compared our fees with other sports-based hobbies to guarantee we offer excellent value for money to our families.
This cost will be split as below:
- £45 Club Registration Fee (payable upon registration)
- £140 Season Fee (payable via one of three options)
EJA Team Fees (Under 13/14) will be split as below:
- £45 Club Registration Fee (payable upon registration)
- 8 x £40 Season Fee (payable via 8 monthly payments)
*For players who train only and do not participate in matches they will be required to pay only the Season Fee element of our fees (£140). More information on this can be obtained from your manager.
Inclusive Fees for Better Value
We understand that last season, some teams were paying additional training costs on top of their club registration fees. To simplify this, we have combined all costs into one comprehensive fee, which over the course of a season should work out lower than the combined costs from last year. At just £5 per week for both training and matches, we believe this provides excellent value for money for our players and parents.
Payment Flexibility
Once again, to help manage the costs and the impact on our families we will be offering payment options to spread the fees over the course of the season. We have expanded on last season’s options to provide even more flexibility with the ability to pay in 1, 4, or 8 instalments.
Commitment to Quality
We have all been faced with increased costs over the past year and Aylsham FC is no different. Our executive committee have worked hard to drive other revenue streams into the club to attempt to mitigate these increases and minimise the fee changes to our parents and players. Our fees still represent real value for money, given the facilities and membership benefits our players have access to. In addition, these fees still place us as one of the cheapest junior football clubs to register with, in the Norfolk region.
Enhanced Facilities
All teams will now train on our state-of-the-art new 3G pitch, providing access to some of the best facilities in Norfolk. Something that we could not have achieved without the continued support of our families in generating the funds for this amazing project. This investment ensures that our players have a top-notch environment to develop their skills and enjoy the game; equally allowing us to preserve our grass facilities to accommodate over 35 teams playing matches every weekend.
Supporting Our Coaches
As an FA 3-star accredited club, which is the highest level and offers the complete accredited player pathway for both male and female, we are committed to maintaining high standards. We require all coaches as possible achieve the FA Level 1 or Introduction to Coaching qualification and hold a current First Aid certification, ensuring our players get the best experience possible. Your fees help contribute to maintaining these standards for all our coaches as well as providing our teams with new training equipment, maintaining our facilities such as goals and nets; as well as contributing towards league & FA registration, affiliation, and insurance costs.
