First of all apologies to todays Subs for the limited playing time today, unfortunately the hard pitch and strong wind limited our chances in front of goal restricting Matt from making changes earlier in the game.
As we chase down our third league title in three years our new recruits in Josh – Louis and Bryn had a faultless performances today , our back 5 were brilliant today limiting todays visitors limited opportunities throughout the game , the first half was always going to be difficult as we played into a strong wind.
Todays visitors finished third last year so we knew we were in for a difficult game but with three additions to our defence  to come away with a clean sheet was most pleasing.
The first half was difficult due to the conditions with neither keeper being tested, Half Time 0 – 0
We started the second half with Tom replacing Cole on the right and within the first minute following a sequence of one – twos between James Clark , Ollie, Bryn and Louis we got our noses in front  with Sonny latching onto the ball and firing into the roof of the net.
Swanton continued to compete in the midfield but the timing of the goal did put some of the visitors players in a defeatist mode.
We dint have to wait long for goal number two when Adam was battling to be on the end of the ball before being pushed in the box and up stepped George to make it 2 nil and the game was visibly ours allowing Matt o put all of the Subs on with Jack Gray upfront , Henry on Right Midfield, James Clark on the left.
Based on the hard pitch and wind not a great deal to report as the conditions had a major fact on the game , however our defensive five complimented with Josh the keeper were brilliant throughout overall faultless
Hope the new additions to the team enjoyed today game in the Aylsham Orange and good luck to Ibs who is again with Norfolk trials next Saturday
